More Plaid u-turns?
Alwyn Ap Huw suggests that Elfyn Llwyd's reluctance to support a referendum on full-law making powers for the Assembly in 2011 is not so much a u-turn as a bend in the road. Well it is a pretty sharp bend, almost 180 degrees in fact.
