You've been tasered

The news that the Chief Constable of North Wales has volunteered to have a taser gun fired at him has even made the Irish media. There is no mention though as to whom will be responsible for running 50,000 volts through the body of Richard Brunstrom, nor how they will be chosen. Do you think they will ask for volunteers?
