Buying one's first home in Wales can be a very significant and joyous event for many people, but does it really merit five pages in the Western Mail?

Isn't it interesting that they seem to have delayed completion until next year - obviously hoping for Plaid Cymru to win the Assembly election and offer first-time buyers a helpful £5,000 towards their first home?
