Cauldron of Government
It is 28 degrees centigrade in the chamber today and Trish Law has just made her first statement of intent - she is here to represent the people of Blaenau Gwent. I know that we are meant to be sitting in an environmentally friendly building, but as we all slowly melt during the course of the afternoon, then the decision not to install air conditioning may well be questioned.
