Labour back down on terror bill

The consensus seems to be that Labour blinked first by backing down on the anti-terror bill last night, offering a sunset clause in all but name. For Wales, this means that today's Conference will be very much business as usual, with MPs being available to attend. I can now concentrate on speaking against top-up and tuition fees instead of substituting for Simon Hughes on a photocall. More later.
